How it works

Three hours. Two recipes. One small group.

Hands-on, every step.

From cold-resting dough to piping ganache, you make it, I guide. No "watch the chef" moments.

Real recipes.

You leave with the printed recipes, ratios, and the technique notes I use myself. No watered-down "Instagram" versions.

Take it home.

You pack up everything you baked, plus a small tin from my counter. Eat it that evening with someone you love.
